I think labor day is a fun holiday because on labor day weekend I get to spend time with my family. I love spending time with my family because most of the time I don't see them very often . On labor day weekend my dad finally gets off work and I get to see him more than just a couple minutes a day. My dad was originally in the army but he was discharged on account of my brother because my mom couldn't handle him.I love my dad and I don't see my mom very often because she owns a business in Ohio.So all of this is the reason I love labor day weekend.Labor day is on the first Monday of September and it continues to be the same time year round.In 1864 the first Monday in September was chosen to represent this holiday.on labor day a ton of people all over the world get off work . And it happens every year.
